Quite the opposite! I had food intolerances APPEAR after surgery! I became lactose intolerant until this last month. I can't tolerate meats that are too dry. Everything has to be juicy or it just isn't happening.

I'm the same, developed some...now lactose intolerant, gluten sensitive, and lately the past few months am sensitive to spicy food, they burn all the way down and when hitting my stomach.   Used to love spicy, and things I never realized before had any heat are amplified- I'm very anemic, so not sure if this factors in???

Same for me. Soooo many things I just can't eat anymore. My new tummy selects things it just doesn't like. I have a real hard time with fruits. Get soooo full so fast.
