Congratulations on losing all your excess weight!

During the weight loss phase I ate 80-90 grams protein, 20-30 grams carbs and 600 calories. In maimtenance, I've gradually worked up to 120 grams protein, 80-100 grams carbs and 1500 calories. Right now I'm around 115 pounds and six months into maintenance.

Protein should be whatever you have already been doing, as is generally a body/muscle maintenance item from the get-go, so that doesn't change from weight loss to maintenance (but could increaase should one go into a muscle/body building program!) For me, that continues to be in the 100-110 g range which is appropriate for my lean body mass. Carbs I never counted and still don't, but from records they have increased from 80-120 during loss to 120-200 now. Calories for me are in the 2000 range, but should be whatever yields stable weight for you; if you were a slow loser, your calories may be 0-200 higher than what your weight loss level was, and if you were a fast loser it could be 1000 or more higher than what you were losing at. A real big YMMV thing.
