Bariatric advantage caramel chewables are great. Taste like candy (no, really!) and are soft and chewy, should be easy to take.

I just ordered a pack of the Bariatric Advantage caramel chews. I've tried them in a sample pack I was given in the hospital, and they're great, so I splurged for the bag.

All the chews people have mentioned are tasty treats, but can get pricey as your every day calcium. I keep some Bariatric Advantage chews at work so I have something healthy in the afternoon when everyone else is eating candy. At home my regular calcium is Vitacost brand chewable calcium citrate w/D & magnesium, not a chew just a chewable wafer but it is economical and I really need the magnesium. It helps with absorption and is good for regularity and to avoid muscle cramps.

consult weight 241 (had not been accurately weighed for over 10 years, my medical records just said "wheelchair") high weight was probably closer to 260.
