Where do you count your weight loss from?
I count from highest weight. I want credit for that other 8 pounds! I lost that, too!

I start from my highest weight. That's the weight that sent me on my way to get something that could fix my problem.

I feel a sense of peace about my weight loss this time. I'd love for the weight to be dropping off of me, but it's not. But I'm sticking with eating healthy, moving when the weather permits and staying the course for the long haul. I feel fantastic and already consider the surgery a success. It's all gravy from here.
