Frustrated
I don't want to conplane, but I am having a problem I had surgery about 10 weeks a go and I have lost a lot of pounds (51) to be exact. I no that's a lot of weight but I lost the most at the begging. So now I am only loosing about a pound or 2 a week I rite everything down and way everything drink lots of water and only water I have about 50-60 oz of protein and don't go over 600 - 700 cal, carbs no more then 30-40 a day don't think it's coming off fast enough. So what am I doing wrong?
Looking at your numbers, either you are getting too much fat or your numbers are a bit off. In general, I would say to try to increase your protein to 80-100 grams and decrease your carbs while keeping your calories in the 600-800 range. Do that for a few weeks and see what happens.
