I'm sick of protein shakes!  I can do about one a day. Have to force the second one.  I like thetomato  soup and chicken broth. Any other ideas?

I have no clue if this will be ok for your program. But most have low carbs and all the flavors taste great! http://www.chikenutrition.com/ Best of luck.

During that stage I lived on propel and sugar free popsicles. I also love the french onion soup from Panera, I just drink the broth. Eggs were allowed on day 7. Congrats on your surgery!

check out my blog!

That French Onion soup is epic.  The broth is so rich and delicious.  I just hope I didn't OD on it and will enjoy it again some day in the future ;)

I went out for pho and Thai food.  I ordered the soups with no noodles and just had the broth.  Absolutely delicious! (I gave the meat to my boyfriend when we went out, so it wouldn't go to waste).  Also, Pacific makes some pureed soups that are pretty low in carbs.  I dilute their creamy tomato with chicken broth, and they also have a roasted red pepper and butternut squash soups that are pretty low carb.

To get some protein in--try drinking some skim milk.  And make your protein shakes with milk or soy/almond milk to get a few extra protein grams in.
