First day on my own...

Hi all,

My family has left (they are about 4 hours from me) and now I am on my own.  Feeling pretty good overall.  Have been working to get in more walking during the day because it really had made a difference.  I am struggling to get my water and protein in and I know that is so critical.  Just learning the sounds and feel of my new sleeve is interesting and slightly scary.  Dont want to over due it so I am sipping the babiest of baby sips but that takes forever.  I am going back to work on Monday but will be able to work from home for a few days so hopefully that will help my adjustment back to the new normal.

Good luck to all those getting sleeved this week!

I'm listening to my sleeve, both literally and metaphorically, as I sit here and type.  Trying my first protein shake.  Seems to be going ok. We're gonna be awesome!

My sleeve used to make the craziest noises too. I'm three months out and it has calmed down, but once in a while it goes to town. My fiance looks at me like "wtf??".
