First day on my own...
Hi all,
My family has left (they are about 4 hours from me) and now I am on my own. Feeling pretty good overall. Have been working to get in more walking during the day because it really had made a difference. I am struggling to get my water and protein in and I know that is so critical. Just learning the sounds and feel of my new sleeve is interesting and slightly scary. Dont want to over due it so I am sipping the babiest of baby sips but that takes forever. I am going back to work on Monday but will be able to work from home for a few days so hopefully that will help my adjustment back to the new normal.
Good luck to all those getting sleeved this week!
