So Monday May 12th will be 2 weeks post op for me and I decided to check my weight this morning and my scale hasnt budged since last Monday.  That has me feeling frustrated since I am still on liquids and working to get in my protein and water.  Anyone else experience a dramatic slow down in week 2? Any thoughts on how overcome this? Thanks!

Yep, that happened to me too. I, too, was very frustrated. I don't have any words of wisdom about what broke the stall, but I did get some fantastic advice the other day to "be patient and trust the process."  Hang in there.

Staying the same weight for a week is not a stall.

I am 10 weeks post op and I have had my weight drop stop several times. It is not a stall at this point. That would be if you stayed the same weight for several weeks or longer. Everyone has told me to be patient. Your body and brain are going through some major changes. It will take a little bit for everything to regulate, hoemones included. Be patient, drink your fluids and walk...walk...walk..

Have faith...

This is totally normal.  Try to focus on other changes - like measuring with a tape or body fat.

I've also found it useful to use a program that tracks my trending weight so that I can focus on the trend instead of the day to day fluctuation (or lack thereof).  For example, I was up a few ounces today but it's no big deal because I see I'm still averaging 3.5 pounds a week.

I'm so glad you mentioned something because I'm at week 2 post-op and I feel like I've stalled too!  I'm eating 650 - 800 calories/day, getting in all my protein and my water... and I haven't lost in a few days either. Glad to hear that it will pass if I just stick with the process.  I need to figure out a way to combat the munchy attacks!!!
