I love my Pilates Performer but can only imagine how intense the mat classes are....your abs will be hurting for days, I'm sure ;-)

I need to do this again. My core is definitely not as strong as it should be. I start to wimp out in yoga during long planks. I hate ab exercises, so I usually skimp on them on my own. I'll have to check for a class at my gym.

I started pilates (and yoga and tai chi) last Thursday and I feel your pain. My abs hurt all weekend.
