Wow, that looks fantastic! I want some soup now. Alan is out getting the skirt steak and kimchi to make Frisco's recipe, I might need to get more kale. :)

Kale is one of those vegetables that I've tried so hard to like. I swear I've tried every recipe that exists for it ;) Other leafy greens? I love them all!

I think I'm going to get a spiralizer for a winter holiday present. I should be able to eat more veg by then to make it worthwhile. Right now it seems like it would be a waste for me :(
