Hi. Would like to know if there are any vsg that work out and gotten a six pack. I work out five days a week trying to get that six pack. I would like to hear from others trying to do the same. This is something I've always wanted after vsg.

I have one but I still have a too much lose skin so I don't look like an underwear model or anything but you can see the top two.

I am still working on getting rid of my keg.  At least it is just a pony keg now.

Sure, it's possible! One thing to keep in mind is that most guys with six packs have single digit body fat percentages. That's a pretty tall order for most formerly obese men, but again doable with hard work and dedication. I was a roughly 15-16% body fat and looked like this post VSG. I had a basic 4 pack. The skin below my navel hid the rest of the six pack.

I have a four pack that is pretty well defined on my body.  I did have a LB lift and all the loose skin has been removed.

I've got some good definition on the sides and the upper part of my stomach...but much like Keith, I have so much extra skin that it's not noticeable and won't be until I can get a LBL

I don't have a six pack or a 1 pack even... but with my abdominplasty I have a flat stomach with no extra skin. Consequently, if I was motivated to work out then I am pretty confident all 6 would show.  For now, I will have to settle for drawing them in with a marker ;)
