I've watched some of my videos and made half attempts at doing it before WLS.  I'm just 9 days post op so I'm planning on using it eventually.  I hope you get a lot of response from this bc I would love to hear what fellow WLS peeps think!

I haven't, but a good friend of mine likes them a lot.  She is in great shape and says they give her a really good workout in 25 minutes.
