Okay, #1 yogurt yum....yoplait 100 Greek in Apple pie flavored....omg

#2...I survived a vacation to Newport and did not order clam cakes or a two scoop Ben and Jerry's. I did allow myself some calamari, RI style and shared fried shrimp with my daughter.  Still, a HUGE victory

#3... Food is a major issue for me. I have come to realize how much of an emotional eater I really am. And not just stress, but celebratory! Going away = food and it sucks. My husband offered to take me away for my birthday and I said no thank you. It's too hard to not want to order what ever I want at a restaurant or avoid the chocolate shop or WHATEVER, even a glass of wine or my fav margarita are off limits. Oh well,  that's the price I paid. I can DO IT!!!

Good for you, it is so hard when we are away from our safe havens. I tried dannon light and fit greek yogurt and it is pretty good, has great protein but I like mine a little sweeter so I had a packet of splenda to it, lol.

You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!

I hear you on #3.  I just got home from GenCon in Indianapolis and it's always been this amazing convention followed by dinner at amazing restaurants.  It was strange going to those amazing places with my new way of eating.  But.. it still rocked and I'm so glad I went.  I can still eat the awesome food I love, just a lot less of it. :D
