Revision in Indianapolis by Dr Don Selzer

I am in the process of revising from band to sleeve. I was just wondering if there was anyone who has had this done by Dr. Don Selzer in Indianapolis. I know he is good because he did my lapband, it just hasn't worked for me. I am just curious if  anyone has had their revision done by him. Thanks for any input.

Have you had any problems with getting your insurance company to pay for the revision?  My friend needs a revision, but her insurance company says "once in a lifetime", even though it was a different company that did the band.
