2 Pounds plus a Zero!

I am two freaking pounds away from the goal I set for myself on surgery day.  I blasted past my surgeon's goal a long time ago.  I won't lie....getting these last few pounds to vacate has been HARD!  They are hanging on for dear life. Month 11 was ugly.  I lost only ounces at a time.  I refuse to let them keep their death grip.  I continue to stay the course 100% on plan, 100% of the time.   Month 12 has already started off with a positive bang.  2 pounds down...my body is back in its groove.  HALLELUIAH!!!   Only 2 more pounds to go!!!

Went shopping at Chico's with a friend this week.  She was shopping, I was "fashion consultant"...aka "Yeah, that looks great. Ummmm, I'm not sure that is really the look your going for, etc..."  To be honest, I just don't shop there because it is pricey in my book and my budget just doesn't allow for "pricey".    Anyway, while waiting for her to pick out some things to try on, I decided to see what size pants I might be able to squeeze my tons of excess skin body into, just for giggles.  I ended up in a Chico's ZERO!!  Which equals a size 4/6.  OMG!!!  At my heaviest, I wore a 36W sized pants.

Today, I found a package on my doorstep after getting home from Church.  Inside it contained the pair of pants I tried on in Chico's with a little note from my friend.

grayC,

The tucking/shifting of extra skin is definitely the biggest pain of all.
