No Good Terrible Very Bad Day

 TODAY I WANT TO SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The scale has betrayed me, my protein shakes are sitting in the leasing office of my apartment complex and they don't open until right after I leave for work.......I have been busting my A$$ being SO good. Being a "NO" man instead of a "YES" man (when it comes to sweets and carbs). And I feel like the scale is just tormenting me. I hate it, I want to scream and cry. I felt like I was on top of the world yesterday and today I am a HOT MESS!!!! WOFUWHF)QWUO NJFOASGFUWHGIUOBHAOFIHGFUOGHOUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*breathes deeply* okay....thank you for letting me do that. Today I am going to get in a minimum of 64oz of water but aim for 100oz, and I'm going to have an additional shake (always have one for breakfast) before bed-it was something they swore by when I was on the Ideal Protein plan and it worked ****il I went on vacation to Hawaii and remembered how much I love rice...but that's another story)..ANYHOW...my pants still feel loose and my bra is fitting better so F the scale. I will weigh in on Friday and what will be shall be and I'll keep trucking because I will NEVER GO BACK TO 374 EVER EVER AGAIN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE XOXO

The best advice I've gotten thus far is to trust the process. The scale is going to do what it does, so try to focus on the things you have control over - what goes in your mouth and how much you move. Stick with your plan - it sounds like you already know what to do - and the scale will cooperate eventually. Hang in there!

If the scale drives you nuts, I really recommend using Trendweight.com.  It helps me to focus on my trending weight instead of day to day fluctuations.  It's pretty amazing.
