saw dr today
I am almost 7 mos out - I saw the doctor today and he said as far as he is concerned, my weight is good. Yipee. I, personally, would like to lose another 7-8 lbs, which he said was fine and exercise was the key to getting there. All labs were perfect. I can't believe I've gotten so far so quickly. This surgery is nothing short of miraculous (as far as I am concerned). I never thought I'd see this day, never mind so quickly.
