can somebody tell me how many proteins are supposed to have every day. how many gram?

My protein intake for a 5'2" woman is 60-80g per day. Your doctor could give you a more accurate number based on your stats than that though.

Your NUT will tell you what your daily protein goal should be. I'm also 5'2 and mine is 64 oz per day.

It will depend on your surgeon's plan, but the general rule of thumb is in the 60-80 gram range.

Talk to your NUT to be sure! I'm 5'8" and my NUT has me aiming for 82, but is okay with me getting 65.

it depends on your size most people are between 65-85 grams while losing and 65 gm on maintenance

I am 5'10" and my NUT wants me to get around 100 grams a day..
