Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? - Thursday
It.is.cold. Bbbbrrrrr!! Took some homemade chicken stock out of the freezer to warm me up. Went to the market and got some fresh cauliflower and a turnip to have this week. I was eating frozen cauliflower, but it always tasted water-logged, so I'm going fresh from now on.

Today was a bit stressful, had six nerve blocks done in my lower back :-/ And it's freezing. Trying not to self-medicate with food.
B: 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder with coconut coffee one egg omelette with 1oz sirloin steak tip, leftover roasted veggies, 0.5oz extra sharp white cheddar
L: Mediterranean salad with roasted red peppers, artichoke, gyro pork meat, feta, and a stuffed grape leaf
S: yogurt or another protein coffee
D: grilled chicken or steak with roasted veggies
Ouch!! Hope you get relief. I had an EMG/Nerve Conduction Study the other day -- never again. What an ordeal. 10:30 appt. - got called in at 12:00. Then got stuck with needles and zapped with electric shots until 3:45. Horrible. I go to the neuro on Tuesday to get the results. This is not a test I would be willing to undergo again.
