Goal?

Logged tiny weight loss this week. New goal: Want the OH "pounds lost" tracker to show a bigger number than the "pounds to go" tracker.

Are you finding yourself making mini goals along the way?

Terrific goal. Mini-goals are great. Sometimes we get so caught up in meeting large goals, and sometimes not making them, that we get discourage. I love the mini-goal idea.

Absolutely. Sometimes the big goal seems so...big.

My two widgets were 60/60 one month ago tomorrow.   it felt great getting over the hump.  I use mini goals also.My current on s get into the 220's for the first time since 1999.  Ten pound increments really is doable for e>  Good luck!

Congrats, Dan. Must have felt great to pass that point on the widgets. (Just realized you've lost about 18 pounds since then! Wowza!)

Love the 10-pound increments.

And when you hit the 220s, I won't say, "Party like its 1999." Will not. Won't do it.

Mine involves belt notches. I strive to tighten it each month or two.

Great goal. Tangible. Hope you need a new belt soon

In Weigh****chers, there was a tool called anchoring. A belt could be a great anchor.
