I just looked down at my weight loss ticker and realized... I'm over halfway to my goal! I've now lost more than I have left to lose! This part will likely be much more difficult than the first half, but I'm ready for it. Thanks to everyone for your support so far. :)

your post made me think, I'm halfway to my first goal. I'm 5'8 and my first goal is 180! Monday I weighed 236 and I have lost 55! Another 55 and that puts me at 181! Thanks for the post and making me think!
