Happy Wednesday! It snowed here today, so my morning yoga class was canceled. I'll do some yoga at home to get my body moving instead. Then I get to take my laptop to the Apple Store. "Yay." :/
1: frankenshake
2: leftover sushi (actually I'm not 100% sure about this, I might switch meals 1&2 so that I can drink my shake later than I'd be able to eat my sushi, my Apple Store visit is scheduled for the time I normally want to eat lunch.)
3: lamb burgers, tzatziki, pita for the guys, red onion, tomatoes (I haven't made these since pureed stage, so I'm super excited!)

exercise: ~60 minutes yoga

Happy Hump Day! 3 more days and I'm in the Dominican Republic! Wohoo! And my holiday 5 lbs are leaving faster than they came :) Only 1.5 more to go! Wohoo!

Not a good day for me foodwise. Had to fast for some bloodtesting - went to the lab at 9:00 and had to have some glucose testing - and one screening was a two hour process - so got to the lab and registered, had blood drawn, drank 70g of some sickening sweet mixture which made me feel like hurling, one hour later another blood draw, and one hour later my third blood draw. Then went to Walgreens to get some prescriptions filled and pick up some vitamins, then home. SO was right there with Pepperidge Farm cookies, and I was tired and felt like crap, so I ate them (1-1/4) and 1/2 an apple. Wasn't even able to log that miserable drink I had to consume -- even so carbs are over my 40g limit, and I'm slightly over on calories. I hate all this medical testing, but I hate even more that SO is ALWAYS pushing "bad stuff" on me even though I have REPEATEDLY told him not to. Usually I can decline, but this morning I caved.

Yesterday was a busy day at work. In fact, the past several days have been nuts. I want physically able to get in all my water over the weekend and I can feel how backed up I am :-(
