Wow. I'm so stoked right now! For the first time in over 24 years I'm at a normal BMI. No longer considered overweight woohoo. Still have a few more to lose and toning up to do to get to my own personal goal but I'm almost there!

Hey Shorty. First off CONGRATS. I'm getting there too and I have a question for you. So I'm about 7 months post and I am right now around 117 pounds down. The first say 60 pounds made little difference, the next 40 made a pretty drastic difference. Do you find that the appearance results get more drastic towards the end ? I'm hoping my next 20-30 lbs are enough to get me to my goal which is more of an appearance thing that a weigh number target at this point.

I think the as we get closer to goal any weight loss shows more. I also think that its a mind think to some point. I still see myself as fat and i know im not anymore.  Before loosing 10 pounds was not noticeable but even a few pounds is now
