Don't see a post started for today, so off we go............

Back on track with all my vitamins - expensive, but worth it.  I've been feeling very tired lately, so maybe the vitamins will help.  Of course, Winter doesn't help either.

I had a pretty yummy food day today. 

B: Pace Chile con Queso Bites & salsa

L: sloppy joe (no bun)

S: Protein Shake

D: Peach Pork Picante - 1st time I ever made this. It was really yummy and easy to make too. I was very proud of myself :)

S: Broccoli 

W&V: hit target

Exercise: Walk. Had to cut it a little short due to knee swelling.
