One year
Well, yesterday was the one year start date of my pre-surgery diet. So, that's a year to me.
I'm down 103. I have 2 to go. TWO. Wow. I'd absolutely do this again.
I'm from a size 18/20 to a loose 8. I run. (Not fast lol) I am healthy. I have no more bp issues.
The weirdest thing for me is - I haven't always been overweight -not a lot anyway - so when I was, in my dreams, I was still smaller. Now, I have trouble seeing myself at the lower weight. Sometimes, I walk past a mirror and I have to look twice.
The BMI charts are stupid, btw. I'm still classified as overweight 25.4 - so is my super muscular 16 year old dancer who wears a size 4, though, so... I need to quit even looking at that chart.
I'm so glad I did this.
Congratulations! You've done a great job so far...those last 2 pounds will come off in no time, you'll see.
