So I start my liquid diet on Tuesday so I went out and brought my needed supplies and I brought the premier protein you guys recommended and it actually taste good....even though I had to get chocolate which I normally hate...BTW the 12 pack of protein shakes are on sale in BJ'S for about $7 or $8
