I slept in a bit today which means I must be on top of things to get in all of my food and fluids today. No slacking for me today :)
B: Pace Chili con Queso Bites and hopefully a couple of blackberries
L: Peach Pork Picante and a couple slice of cucumber

D: TBD. It is finally a little warmer here. I want to grill this evening and need to hit the grocery store and find something

E: I plan on taking advantage of the sunshine and warmer weather and getting in a nice walk this afternoon.
It was so nice to just do yoga this morning after all the exercise of the past two days. I'm going out to dinner tonight at the place I posted a menu for and I'm not sure yet what I'll be getting - very unusual for me.

exercise: 60 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 30 min intermediate stretches for runners, 15 min beginner flexibility)

I'm headed ***** Cana at 30,000 feet as I type :). So I will have to fight a little bit with my crazy head and the all inclusiveness of the resort. Last time I was at a place like this I was 6 weeks post op and still super super strict. I am pretty much at my mid range for maintenance right now, so i don't want to bounce up too much. Luckily I tend to be a workout fiend on vacations.
Travel days are are always weird food wise for me.
b - egg whites, chicken sausage, cantelope
s - fit frappe, peanuts
l - string cheese, grapes
d - tbd, but there will likely be some adult beverages involved :)
e - going to try to hit the gym, but it might be tight today. I did play in the yoga room at the airport for a few minutes. Yes midway airport has a complementary yoga room!
w - on track. I think the flight attendant thinks I'm a weirdo, but im going on can number three of water from her.
V - likely to forget today. Packed way deep in my checked bag.
Complimentary yoga room?! Awesome!!

I did the Auto Show shuffle this morning......5K!! It was 20 degrees this morning, but my new cold running gear worked well! Water is on track. Vitamins are done.
