New Born Sleever! I need advice about the first couple weeks please help!
Welcome aboard! or, to the loser's bench! ;-) Make sure you drink your water, sip sip sip, all day, every day! I was unlucky and found I could not tolerate regular, (tap or bottled) water. It felt like rocks were landing in my stomach. I kept trying differen****ers, with the same results, until I found Propel water. It seemed to feel so much lighter on my stomach and here I am now, 3 days shy of being 7 months out, and still only drink Propel water. Peach is my favorite. I hope you don't have a problem but if you do, try it! Good luck!
Walk and sip as much and as frequently as you can. Be gentle to yourself since you're healing!

Hi, I'm almost 3 years out... I have posted a lot of good and bad moments and ideas on my page, feel free to take a look. The only thing I can say is hang in there, take A LOT OF PICTURES they will really help when you feel like your not getting anywhere you will be able to see the difference. Weigh your food, write everything down or use an App. I use "Lose It" I like that better than "My Fitness Pal" But either one is good. Sip, Sip, Walk,Walk! The first few months will be a little harder but each day gets better. I started off at 346 and now weigh anywhere from 163-170 My lowest being 155. I wish I had done it 10 years ago. If you have question I would be more than happy to try and help answer them. I have a cousin being Sleeved Today :) Good Luck
