Stall before menstrual period?
My loss will stop for any reason at all. Phase of the moon, windspeed, eating more calories, eating fewer calories.. you name it, I can link it to a weight stall. :)

It's a real thing. The progesterone that elevates in your body during menstruation causes your uterus to hold its lining also slows down other body functions including your bowel. A lot of people hold on to excess water weight and get constipated. You're not crazy it's a total medical thing. Hopefully you'll make up for it after once your body sheds it's extras that it's been keeping ;)

I was just going to post on this very same topic! The way I feel, this one will be early - irritability (my poor hubby), one day I feel as though I'm starving, the next I don't want to eat anything, I'm swollen, tired, and up nearly 5lbs! PMS sux a$$. I'm drinking, eating approx 500-600 calories a day (getting all my protein and then some), and walking, so I know it's not the plan - just gonna put my blinders on and keep on swimming.
