Good morning everyone. I am incredibly grateful that it is Friday and also that the weather looks to be fairly nice here this weekend. 

B: part of Dannon light and fit Salted Caramel yogurt and 4 blackberries

L: TBD - going to lunch with a friend. I have it narrowed down to 2 options

S: Protein Shake

D: Steak "finger" and cucumber slices

W&V: on track

E: already did one short walk with the dog and I would like to get in another one later today.

Yay Friday!  I got to order tickets for GenCon today which is super exciting.  I'm ready for Summer now ;)

2: loaded baked potato soup
3: pork cooked in milkbroccoli and cauliflower casserole (I need to actually read these recipes so I can have dinner done at dinner time!)

I bought some roasted cauliflower from my grocery store deli today to see if I like it. I have found a few different recipes that intrigue me but I need to know if I like the stuff first.

Yeah... I haven't done a lot with cauliflower so I'm definitely still experimenting with it!  It's sort of bland by itself, so it needs very flavorful cooking methods :)

omg I quit smoking two weeks ago and I been grazing!!! Thankfully I only gained 2 pounds, I made a chicken broth soup w veggies so That will be my snack if needed.

B muller yogurt w 2 scoop of protein powder

L fish taco

Dinner steak

Congratulations on quitting smoking!!! I did that a few years ago and it was difficult. I think the idea of chicken broth soup as a snack if needed is a good one. Something to occupy your mouth without being high in calories.
