I'm doing okay I just feel like I might not be getting enough calories... yesterday I was just under 600 calories today I'm just under 400 and it's 645pm here... my NUT give me a max of a 1000... should be be considered about my limited intake...

Hi just like to ask you what shake you drink that gas 105 calories and apparently it tastes good since you drink it right!????

I wasn't during pre-op.  I was allowed 5 (or 6?) shakes a day and drank those and didn't worry about it.  My shakes are 105 calories, so I'm sure I was under 630 each day.

I am on Day 7 of my Pre-Op Liquid only Diet. I am getting ~750 calories a day on what the Nutritionist told me to eat, more importantly I am getting over 75 grams of Protein which is a requirement. If you are eating what your doctor/nutritionist is telling you, you are doing fine. After the first day I haven't even been hungry. My surgery is this Monday, Jan 26, so I am very close and very excited! :-)
