70 pounds GONE!
I'm so excited! I got on the scale today and I am exactly 70 pounds less than I was just four months ago. It's crazy to think what changes that I've seen in such a short time. The ONLY negative that I can think of is my hair loss!?! I am losing it like crazy. Anyone else had this happen? Does it ever STOP?!?!? I don't want to be bald...lol

Hair loss happens to many, there's nothing you can do to stop it, but it will stop eventually and your hair will grow back. Try not to worry too much about it!
