one thing I really miss is "crunch". I got this recipe on a site about homemade quest bars. I've prepared the recipe using the Sweetit and also using the quest bars in my cabinet.

Warm a quest bar in the microwave about 15 seconds. Slice into 3 long biscotti shaped crackers. Bake in 350 oven for 10-12 minutes.

Enjoy!!

Huh, sounds interesting!  Might have to try that someday if the hubby allows me to bring Quest bars back into the house.  They are sort of a trigger for him and tend to block him up.

SO do they get crunchy when you bake them? I assume so since you said you are craving "crunch".

They do !!! I cut up 2 bars making 6 biscotti and 12 minutes at 350 is just about perfect. I've read that 5 minutes gives you chewy and 10 minutes for crunchy

That is fantastic; I will give it a try! I love quest bars.
