Weird question

I had my first surgery in September and then because of a strange complication I had to have a repair in December.  Anyway I was cooking carrots last night for my family and when I tasted one last night it was not all the way cooked.  I feel like it has sat in my stomach since last night.  This morning it is not bothering me as much but I still feel it.  Do you think I should be concerned or will it eventually go away? I feel stupid calling my doctor about a carrot and I am hoping someone has experience with something similar.

I had to cook veggies well-done until they were soft for nearly a year, so it makes perfect sense to me.

Thanks Valerie did you ever eat one that wasn't completely cooked? Did you have the same feeling? Just hoping it will go away soon :(

I was extremely uncomfortable a couple of times from crisp-tender veggies and salads - forgetabout it the first six months or more.
