Protein
I wouldn't eat them. I'd want at least 23 grams of protein for 230 calories.

I just noticed that you and I are about the same weight right now and have close to the same goal weight. When did you have your surgery? Mine was on 8/25/14. I still have 27 more lbs. to lose before reaching goal. The weight loss has really slowed down b/c I have been eating too many calories and carbs. I've got to become more diligent about sticking to the plan. For me, it has gotten harder as the months and weeks stretch on.
Surgery was 8/21/14! I am also at a stall. I would like to lose about 30 more pounds. It is very hard. I feel like I am running out of options. Salads do not agree with me. For lunch I try having 3 slices of a cold cut, plus some cheese. Dinners are hard for me. Can't afford to have fish all the time, and meats are very hard to get down.
Stacey - wait a minute, I'm confused! Didn't you just make a post yesterday saying that at 5 months out you could only eat 2-3 bites at a time? And you are "stalled" out weight-wise on 2-3 bites at a time?? I guess I read that to mean that you only ate 2-3 bites a few times a day and were losing too fast
Protein bars will absolutely stall out weight loss for me - every single time I tried them. Don't know why because I would still stick with my carb and protein goals. I use them now for pre-workout snacks but they didn't work for me in WL mode.
