ill be moving onto puréed soon and wanted to see if first people add plain protein powder to food and if so what is a good brand, thanks! I'm hoping I won't need it!

I have isopure unflavored protein powder. I tried to add it to things but ugh it just tastes so gross to me. Also the smell really bothers me. So I def don't recommend using that one.

I never did.  I just drank shakes to get my required protein in.  

However, Unjury is a good brand that a lot of people like for their unflavored powder.

I tried adding unflavored to my soup, to me ruined it.  It may be in my head but I can't stand the powders.  I'm staying with premier protein.

Yup! I added unflavored protein to some SF pudding for a rare treat. I couldn't stand it. :( I will just stick to regular protein, lol.

I agree. I bought the Unjury Unflavored and Chicken Soup Flavors of Protein powder. I tried adding them to my soup, and YUC! I was so surprised, because many people recommend them, but I didn't like them.

I'm still pre op.. Two days to go! I have been adding whole foods brand vanilla whey protein to flavored Greek yogurt ( I can't do the plain).. And it's really good.. You can barely taste the protein powder..but even if you can.. It has a good taste! Highly recomemed the 365 whey proetin!

I am so glad I am not the only one who can't stand the unflavored protein powder. I eat one protein meal and drink premier.
