six more days and I can add ground meats to my approved food list.. at week 3 I couldn't wait for this, but now? meh.. I'm happy with what I can eat now and thankful it's going down without issues.

I find it kind of fun to look up the different stats for foods to see which gives me the most protein.. I'm sure this will wear off and I'll find it tedious soon.

S: turkey bone broth

L: low sodium turkey breast and light swiss laughing cow wedge

D: pastrami seasoned turkey and swiss cheese

S: vanilla premier 

V/W: done/on track

B: Protein shake with 2 scoops chocolate protein, coconut milk, 1/2 Dannon Oikos triple zero in coconut and coconut food flavoring tastes like an almond joy.

L: 1.7 oz pink salmon

d: String cheese and pepperoni

S: String Cheese and 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter

W: Little under got like 58oz

V: taken with breakfast

E: Cleaning/Housework/walking

Totals:

699 calories, 23g carbs, 31g fat, 86g protein 9g sugar

good luck :) see you on the other side, remember to walk as soon as they let you and sip sip, tiny sips at first.
