Its a beautiful day in New England. I hope you are all having a good day.
Breakfast - crutless mushroom quiche
Lunch - chicken in spicy peanut sauce
Dinner - buffalo chicken
vitamins - good
water - good
exercise - not yet, but maybe I'll walk some.

L: made a salad with greens, sliced cheese and ham - and it didn't taste good :(
D: london broil, cauliflower, salad, fresh corn (a little of each)

Missed a beautiful day with work :(. I'm back on plan last couple days after some treats over the weekend, but my weight loss has slowed to a painful crawl as I get close to goal.
B: leftover taco cups.
L: chicken salad
D: protein bar
S: Tablespoon of peanut butter before my run
Water and vitamins: good
Exercise: 3 mile run this morning.
