I got them, since they are affordable... but the made me constipated. They claim these bars have 15 gr of fibers and they are supposed to do the opposite... but not... the suck. Stay away from them!!!

i hate to tell you but most fiber constipates me. Specially commercial fibers. Natural fiber in nuts or in some veggies - that is part of veggies - does not.

Some fiber may have laxative type effect- but that depends on a fiber and a person.

There were even studies that showed that reducing fiber can reduce constipation.

The "fiber" in EVERY protein bar I have looked at is actually the artificial sweetener, and acts accordingly. Only in a legal sense is it considered a fiber. The manufacturers also like it because they can advertise lower net carbs by subtracting the "fiber" from overall carb counts.

it's all a trap. I use protein bars often, and they are good for me, but I have no illusions about what they are, or the healthfulness of their "fiber."

These bars contain almost all soluble fiber so the intent is to create bulk and make you feel full. Too much soluble fiber without insoluble fiber in your diet can lead to constipation.
