No binder, no control stuff for me - just stretchy pants.

Keep ahead of it with your pain medication and, for the gas pain, walk as much as you're able to - that will help alleviate it. The gas isn't actually in your digestive tract, so things like gas-x are fairly useless. Walking will help :)

Hi! After surgery you will feel bloated & your incisions need to heal...you will want to wear loose - button free clothing. Forget the under wire bra for a while... I'm 5 weeks post op & I just got into a spandex body suit. Be comfortable!

No binder for me either. I had more pain than most, and think I could have benefited but I made it without one.

Ooh, that's what I'm afraid off... The pain. I know there will be pain... Just nervous.
