No binder or wrapping of any sort for me. Not a lot of pain either!

Keep ahead of it with your pain medication and, for the gas pain, walk as much as you're able to - that will help alleviate it. The gas isn't actually in your digestive tract, so things like gas-x are fairly useless. Walking will help :)
