Good morning(almost noon here)! Looks like everyone is busy on this 2nd day of the new year. Just going to quickly start off the menu thread. I have so many errands today and I start my new job tomorrow at 5am! Holy cannoli how am I going to get out of the house by 4:30? I can do this:-)

I hope you all are doing good today, I can't really think of a QOTD. Maybe someone else can:-)

1st day of logging all food religiously!

B-1/3 cup granola, bullet coffee

L-5% Fage 4oz, 1/2 cup peaches and 2tbsp pecans

S-Hot tea with sweetener and coconut cream

D-baked cod, 1/2 cup veggies

E-Short hike with Emmy

Yes, I'm crazy today with last minute appointments, errands and tasks before I return to Florida on Friday.

Hello All and happy new year!

Yesterday did not go as planned and I ended up going over on my daily carbohydrate allowance. Today is a new day and so far so good!

M1: 3 turkey sausage links

M2: P3 Oscar Myer turkey protein pack

M3: 3oz of ground turkey

S1: protein chicken broth
