Good morning, all! I'll get us going so I can set my intentions for the day :)

Today my goals are to finish my HMGT reading for the week, get my discussion post up for that class, and start/finish the coding exercise for the week. The only other thing that's on my docket is a follow-up with my PCP, so I should be able to get all of this stuff done if I focus.

QOTD: You know the saying, "I'd like to be a fly on that wall." What wall would YOU like to be a fly on? (I'll reply in a comment.)

2: leftover asian chicken wonton cups
3: leftover chicken curry meatballs (Tuesday is leftover night!)

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: hopefully I'll make time for some yoga

I have two.

1 - I'd like to be a fly on the wall at my brother's home. I only see how he and my nephew are on vacation and I'm really curious about how they are at home.

2 - George and Kellyanne Conway. OMG. I really, really wonder what their dinner table conversations are like!

Good morning, Gwen! My you've got some stuff on your agenda for the day. I have a class on Tuesdays from 10-12, but no prep required except getting dressed (I usually can do that.)

QOTD: You know the saying, "I'd like to be a fly on that wall." What wall would YOU like to be a fly on? When my four kids are all talking about me -- I actually suspect that seldom happens and that they talk about all their own stuff and not mom. But they are incredibly interesting and I know at one point, they all discussed how to assimilate their childhoods into their lives. We are way past that now. So probably its more about my health.....but I guess if I asked they would tell me. That sounds like a very bad idea....

Good morning,

They Have two highways shutted down right now. It seems worse today. We only had ten kids in my section of the building. Not sure on the other side. By 5 pm I was down to one kid.

Qotd I would like to be a fly on the wall... my family and my friends. I always wonder if they talk about me.

Good morning! Sometimes you wear me out just reading your schedule Gwen!:-)

It is 15 degrees right now and foggy, but the sun is coming out...woo hoo! Taking my mom to an appointment in our ski resort town about 30 minutes from here. I always took forward to going there because it is so beautiful and busy with tourists. The lights at night from the ski runs form the shape of a lion, which you can see from anywhere on a clear night.

QOTD-I love this question Gwen! Along the lines of your answer I would add Michael Cohen and James Comey. Sometime I wonder what my father and his "roommate" have to say about me.

Good afternoon! DH has been sleeping until noon lately so it makes for a late start to my day too even though I'm up at 6:30 and walk from 8-9. It is still cool but sunny here today and tomorrow. It should start warming up Thursday (yeah!).

QOTD: I'm not sure I'd like to be on anyone's wall because I'm afraid I'd hear something I didn't want to.

2 Years 10 months post-op (maintaining below goal for 2 years, 2 months)

Always lots of coffee...

Gwen, your food sounds good! Do you have the recipe for "asian chicken wonton cup" and your "chicken curry meatballs"? I need some new things to eat. :)

Had my bone density test down this morning, (I'm in my maintenance years... lol) .... came out of the building with snow falling so beautifully.

QOTD: A fly on the which wall? I would love to watch my daughter read the bedtime stories to my grand babies as they get ready for bed tonight. I miss those precious moments as a mother.

https://emilybites.com/2018/01/asian-chicken-wonton-cups.htm l -- If you're going to use the wonton wrappers, I recommend baking them in the muffin tins empty and assembling the cups when you're going to eat them (since the filling is completely cooked). Otherwise the cups get soggy. I used button mushrooms instead of shiitake.
