Good morning! Although I've been up very early every morning since DST happened, I have lots of stuff to do lately, and get on the board too late to pose a question of the day.

QOTD: Has there been a time in your life where you felt "body, soul & spirit" were in healty balance? I'll answer in comments.

Food today -- it's Friday in Lent, so it will be a meatless day (actually we do a lot of days that do not include meat).

B: Premier Protein shake and lots of coffee

S: Chobani yogurt

L: Out with a friend, so some sort of seafood salad

D: Shrimp etouffee (up early and it's in the crockpot - well, not the shrimip till the end)

S: Hmm - probably some nuts

QOTD: Has there been a time in your life where you felt "body, soul & spirit" were in a healthy balance? Not till post sleeve. I spent lots of my life too thin (anorexia and bulemia) because my mom harped on weight -- which, considering I was never heavy, seems odd in retrospect. I never measured up, figuratively or literally, to her expectations in any area.

I'm fortunate; when I was heavy (briefly post pregancies, and then later with meds and age), I never felt big. Conversely, I never feel little or thin.

Having worked through all that "old stuff" I was carrying, by the time I had my sleeve I felt "all of a piece". For the most part, I still do. Once in a while I have a fleeting "fat" thought, but I can see both in mind and body that I am not. And my spirit is in great shape at 67~

Good morning! It's good to see you Annie! I am still adjusting to DST as well, I can't seem to fall asleep very well at night since the change.

Today is casino Friday, my plan, like always is to only have a small amount of cash. All cards will be left at home! My mom looks forward to it all week, soon I will be able to hike with Emmy instead of going in with my mom.

QOTD-About a month ago, for a brief time. Now I feel completely out of balance, but know what I have to do to get it back. At least I am not as clueless as I used to be, thanks to lots of therapy:-)

B-1/3 cup granola, coconut/almond Cliff bar, coffee(had a lapse in control and ate way too much)

L-Tuna with mayo and pickles

S-Hot tea

D-Steak and potato pasties(will leave the crust off), green beans

E-Hike with Emmy, the sun finally burned through our thick fog!
