BPD/DS

Hi, I am wondering if anyone out there has had the BPD/DS done by a WI dr. I am scheduled to have it done in Ohio in October, but must have it at a level 2 without insurance because the ins. co. says that I could have it done here in WI. I have not heard of any doctor that does this procedure here in WI. Thanks for your response. Barb
