Help me with a crazy idea for a food plan!!
Hi Foose, I know what you mean about not having the time to plan your meals. Why not do what I do? I go to this website (I don't know if the name would be allowed here) that has meals designed by caloric value. 1000, 1200, 1500 etc. and just download their meal plan and modify it to suit my mood that week. It's free, all the caloric values are listed by product and it works great for me. Also if you get stumped, like I do sometimes, I just call the company and they walk me through the weeks worth of meal plans. That usually takes about 15 minutes and I figure it's worth 15 minutes of my time to be able to eat good all week.
