WHY do they have to taste so good. I just stole two little ones from my son's 99 cent bag.  I have found my weakness. Now to get rid of that bag somehow Does anyone else want to share a naughty weakness when it comes to snacks?

Darned CHEETOS. The Fat devil's SNACK. I see I'm not alone with liking Cheetos. I'm not big on chips and soda so I don't buy the stuff. But my son brought them home last night.... Yummmm... I'm glad I stopped at only 2 LITTLE ones. I can still taste the yummy fire in my mouth. I've GOT to throw away that bag... somehow. AH. He's taking them to school YAYYYY

Cheetos were one of my main downfalls prior to WLS. That and hot fudge sundaes. I could make a meal out of those two things!  So, giving them up completely as a post-op was my only choice as I saw it.  Being lactose intolerant helped with the sundaes!  I admit I tried some Cheetos about a year after surgery--just one of those 30 cent bags, and got so ill. I still think sometimes they "sound" good, but I have no problem avoiding them. I've gone through many weaknesses in 5 years.  Black licorice, peanut M&Ms, graham crackers.  When I realize I feel I need to have some close by all the time, I realize my obsession and have to go cold turkey.

I am a weak person but always trying to change that!

Hot cheetos and Peanut M&M's... I love both too. I tried the M&M's recently (about 3-4) and I realised that I won't dump on them, so they have to be off limits.  I'm doing pretty good on my diet, but I'm only a normal human fat person... I make mistakes. Jen
