Flamin Hot Cheetos

Cheetos were one of my main downfalls prior to WLS. That and hot fudge sundaes. I could make a meal out of those two things! So, giving them up completely as a post-op was my only choice as I saw it. Being lactose intolerant helped with the sundaes! I admit I tried some Cheetos about a year after surgery--just one of those 30 cent bags, and got so ill. I still think sometimes they "sound" good, but I have no problem avoiding them. I've gone through many weaknesses in 5 years. Black licorice, peanut M&Ms, graham crackers. When I realize I feel I need to have some close by all the time, I realize my obsession and have to go cold turkey.
I am a weak person but always trying to change that!
