Anyone had changes in the color of your stool?

The weirdest thing the last couple of days I noticed that my stool is green! The only thing I have changed it I have been using 2 new protein powders. I have been using 2 scoops instead of 1 to get more protein! Would that make it green?

Currently mine are black, but I've just started taking iron, so I suspect that. I alway find they're green after a bout of constipation lets loose. Have you been consipated lately? Wonderful things we talk about here..........LOL. But where else can we?

Usually your stool will turn a weird green color when you take in tons of blue food coloring. If you eat blue sugar free jello or blue popsicles then this is definately it.

Green stool means there is extra bile being sent by your body.  My surgeon said it was very common.  Mine have been on the green side since the surgery.

Mine is a greenish-gray...weird?

Ok I will jump in on this one and say mine isnt blue or green try mustard yellow and some orange? Strange hugh?Hugs Trish

I took some cold meds and it turned my stool green went away though.

Hello my stool kind of light too.  Been eating a lot of hummus, that is the color.

Yes green!!  It is the iron pills I believe.  Once I changed brands after about 6 months the poop changed colors.  No worries...normal. 

Mine has been green since surgery and I dont take iron pills. Dr said nothing to worry about.
