Congrat Michelle - I've been reading your blog since day one my surgery 4 mths ago & have re-created so many of your recipes.   My family might not know that I'm now going thru some hair loss (cuz I have so much), but they do know the name EGGGFACE, cuz when I make dinner in my white anchor casserole dish nowadays - my hubby automatically asks me if it's an "eggface dish"?

I agree with you. about CHANGE!

changing everything about what I did in the past,from the size of my fork,plate and spoon.

I chew,eat protein and take my vitamins and drink my water.

I am AWARE of everything I put in my mouth and the healthy choices I make.

This surgery got me where I needed to be and it's up tp ME to stay here roaming aorung 133-135.
