What should I try @ Starbucks?

Ok coffee gurus...
What is a "skinny"? Is that ff milk?
I love me a single shot latte, no foam, with splenda in it b4 the milk...it mixes better if it doesn't blend with the residual foam.
But in all honesty I get my coffee fix...daily from Panera's as we don't have a Pete's where we live. I am a coffee fan, but not a Starbucks fan.
