It is, isn't it! My husband might need to start nailing things to the ground the way I am going. It feels similiar to losing weight (ok, maybe not that good, but pretty darn close!)

where do you buy low carb english muffins. I haven't had a piece of toast, an english muffin, or a bagel since before surgery. Would definitely love an english muffin.

I have seen low carb English muffins and bagels at Walmarts near the cheese/cream cheese in the refrigerated section.  They are pretty good too if you toast them well.

Have a great night.

I buy them at Safeway. Thomas' Light English Muffin. I only eat hald and probably don't exceed 1-2 halves per week.

must be a cleaning kind of day!  kids and I cleaned out their rooms and a play area - I threw out 4 trash bags of junk, and gathered several boxes of goodies for a kids resale shop in the area.  I also informed the kids that the rule from now on is no doing a single other thing, including playing outside or going to the pool, unless they have their stuff picked up, cuz I am tired of the constant clutter.  I'm sure it will take a few times of reinforcement, but I'm hoping to instill the habit this summer - we'll see!

I love that your on such a berry kick that you even chose a berry colored font!  That is so cool.

I had sausage for like the first time the other day and I tooo was surprised that I didn't have a problem (I have avoided it since my surgery because I was afraid & it isn't my most favorite food)

I hope you have a BERRY nice night!!

Gina, sorry it rained on your sale-but I guess not too sorry as you have all that beautiful weather all year! LOL! We have had POURING rain for the past 3 days (although today was gorgeous) and it can really get you down.

My eats:

B: 1 c. Kashi Go Lean w/1/2 banana and 1/2 c. soy milk
L: 3 thin slices deli ham, protein pudding pop
S: 2 protein pudding pops (OK-I think I like these too much!)
D: 3 oz chicken, 3/4 c. broccoli, 1/2 c. marinara sauce, 2 oz. cheese
S: (later) 2 sf popsicles

walked 2+ miles with Herbie the beagle-could have done more but Herbie was worn out!
100+ oz. water

did you make the protein pudding pops or are they storebought? If you made them, how? and if you bought them, where?
Thanks.

I posted about how to kake these a few days ago ...but I don't mind posting again! I use popsicle trays that I bought at the dollar store. Make the sf pudding w/skim milk like usual, but add a scoop of unflavored protein powder, pour into molds and freeze. YUMMY! I experiment with different flavors-my current fav is banana/chocolate. I fill the molds 1/2 way w/ banana, then top off with the chocolate.
